Jennifer Myers has been supporting professionals to build better businesses for over 20 years.
Jen’s mission in life is to positively impact as many professionals as possible. She feels truly privileged to be able to live out this mission every day through her work as a Coach, International Trainer and Speaker.
Over the past 26 years, Jen has interacted with over 6,500 business professionals all over the globe, and in recent years has directly coached or trained over 350 of them in service professions to greater levels of success. She calls herself a ‘business change agent’.
Jen specialises in working with professional service providers and supports them to improve various areas of their businesses – from Strategy and Planning to developing their own Leadership abilities and improving Communication – both internal and external. Jen’s clients appreciate her firm but fair approach to holding them accountable for accomplishing THEIR goals and objectives.
As a Keynote Speaker and Facilitator, Jen uses her many years’ worth of business experience in a wide variety of roles to support her to include relevant stories and analogies that enhance learning and retention. These past roles have ranged from completing her MBA degree, to spending 8 years as a financial adviser, to owning her own “one-woman show” to working within a multi-national hospitality firm and serving as an adjunct University professor!
Jen’s specialties are public speaking, her ability to educate/train and present complex information in an easy-to-understand way, strong communication and listening skills, organisation, and ability to ask hard questions to get to the root of issues.
Originally from the U.S., Jen and her family now call New Zealand home and appreciate the importance Kiwis place on having a healthy balance of work and family life.
